Not bad, but here are a few tips: When you're drawing a person, don't draw hard lines where the face ends (like you have on the nose and lips) - light catches those points and actually makes them *lighter* than other areas if they're facing the light and their face is illuminated. You need to depict that using the areas of dark. In this case, there would be a dark area under his nose and bottom lip. You've done well on the eyes, but they're a bit too small. Norman Reedus has quite slight eyes, but the one nearest us (his left) is a bit too small compared to his right. It should be wider, and more piercing. You've done a good job on the hair and beard, but remember to include highlights. That's what makes the texture pop. Hair is generally a mix of light and dark that show where the light is hitting and where the layers are.
